The Company
JEH Consulting, Inc., established in 1995, offers management consulting, retained search services for mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations. The firm has handled the purchase or sale of more than 80 closely held family businesses. In addition we have prepared business valuations for buying and/or selling a business, FASB 141 valuation adjustments, disputes involving domestic relations, estate tax planning and incentive compensaton plans. The firm has provided services to clients in more than 25 states from New Jersey to California.
James E. Hinkle, President
Prior to forming JEH Consulting, Inc. he spent 15 years as the President of a wholesale and retail distributor of Liquified Petroleum Gases. During those years he spent 10 years buying and selling middle sized subsidiaries. In adition he spent 8 years on the Board of Directors of the National Propane Gas Association with 5 years as the Chairman of the membership committee and 3 years as a Director at Large. Mr. Hinkle is also a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
